Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

Standard delivery takes 3–8 days to all locations, from the point of dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs clearance, carrier delays, and severe weather can occasionally extend them.

Shipping costs

Free standard shipping on every order to: United Kingdom, Ireland, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, and the United Arab Emirates.

For all other destinations, a standard shipping rate of £15 applies.

The exact shipping cost for your address is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Customs, duties and taxes

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, import duties or taxes may be charged by your local customs authority on arrival. These charges are set by your country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Girox has no control over them and cannot predict their amount.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within 14 days of dispatch, contact us at info@thegirox.com with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or video of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
