  1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

    Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery and items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. A Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  2. How to Initiate a Return

    To request a return, follow these steps:

    Provide Details which must Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.

    Wait for Approval – We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

    Ship the Item – Send the product to the address provided below (customer will be responsible for return shipping cost.
     
  3. Refund Process

    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  4. Damaged or Defective Items

    If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with photos or video proof of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

  5. Late or Missing Refunds
